I am a 1-1 Online personal trainer based in the beautiful county of Dorset who specialises in fast tracking body transformations.
Three components which are a vital part of this success are of course Exercise, Nutrition and Meditation. This is the magic formula for pristine health, physically and mentally, which is why I want to help you achieve this too. How is this achieved? Great question! Keep reading to find out. But first, let me bore you a little bit more about me..
I have been in the fitness industry for around 17 years now and actively lifting 5-6 days a week consistently. It is my true passion in life to see just how far I can take my body naturally (both physically and mentally). I have always been involved in sports; football, wrestling, rugby and pretty much any other physical activity I can get my hands on! This has led me down various pathways including multiple TV appearances, whether it be reality TV shows or acting roles. This way of life has given me confidence in myself to believe I can achieve just about anything, it can be the same for you too. All you need to do is to start.

Onboarding
Upon sign up, you will receive your online lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.

Welcome Video
Once I’ve created your plan, I’ll send you a short video taking you through it. During this 5-10 minute video, I’ll take you through exactly what’s required to obtain the results you seek. Providing you with the map to your desired transformation – the blueprint to your dream physique!

Bespoke Training & Nutrition Plans
I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on. Instead, the training programme I create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt and develop your desired physique.
You'll know what foods to prioritise, what foods to consume in moderation, as well as when and what to eat to optimise your training and recovery.

Weekly Feedback
The regular comms and weekly in-depth feedback are what really set me apart from the crowd. Each week, you'll receive feedback where I'll highlight areas where you're doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. Frequent feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the result you seek.

Video Feedback (Gold and Platinum Package Subscribers)
In addition to receiving extra support, you will receive their weekly feedback via video. I love these as they allow me to provide you with a more personal online coaching experience and add to the already high level of support!

Unlimited Support
As well as receiving regular feedback, you'll also be able to message me directly via whatsapp/email at any time. I will be your full-time Personal Trainer/Coach – there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.
